  • Two Photographs of all applicants.
  • Pan card Photocopy of all applicants.
  • UID (Aadhar card) all applicants.
  • Electricity Bill and NOC of NGO-Trust/ Society.
  • Object of NGO-Trust/ Society.
  • Specify designation of all members.
  • Address Proofs of all applicants(any one of these):
  1. Driving License.
  2. Voter ID.
  3. Passport( first & last page).
  • Minimum 3 members.
  • Office should be in Delhi

REQUIREMENTS FOR SOCIETY:-

  • Minimum nine members (two should be from Delhi and seven should be from different other states)
  • Any member should not be in blood relation.
  • Office should be in Delhi

  2. Fees to be paid upto 75% in Advance in cash or Cheque in favour of “JEET CONSULTAX SOLUTIONS LLP “ and balance payment after Name Approval of the Company (25%).
  3. All Communication should be done on email ID, only for better Communication and transparency.
  4. Stamps duty Vary from State to State is Payable if exceeds Rs. 500/-
  5. Fees are Non-Refundable.
