DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FOOD LICENSE:-

• Name of Firm
• Two Photographs of all applicants.
• Pan card Photocopy of all applicants.
• UID (Aadhar card) all applicants.
• Electricity Bill.
• Object of Company.
• Address Proofs of all applicants(any one of these):

1. Driving License.
2. Voter ID.
3. Aadhar UID.
4. Passport.
5. Bank Pass Book with photo attested by bank.
6. Landline Bill.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Aprox. Duration 15-20 Working Days, (Excluding Sat, Sun. or govt. Holidays).
2. Fees to be paid upto 75% in Advance in cash or Cheque in favour of “JEET CONSULTAX SOLUTIONS LLP “ and balance payment after Name Approval of the Company (25%).
3. All Communication should be done on email ID, only for better Communication and transparency.
4. Stamps duty Vary from State to State is Payable if exceeds Rs. 500/-
5. Fees are Non-Refundable.
